Before you chat with our team, take a look at these videos.

Most people who find us have already been to two, three, sometimes four other physical therapists.

They're skeptical. They've been handed cookie-cutter exercise sheets and shuffled through crowded clinics.

This page exists to answer every question you have before our call. Watch the ones that matter to you.

Why we are different

If you've tried PT before and it didn't work, start here.

These explain what was missing and why our approach is built differently.

What To Expect

Here's exactly what happens from day one through your full program. No surprises.

Every Recovery Is Personal

No two injuries — or people — are the same. That’s why every physical therapy program we design is tailored to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.

Problem

This patient was dealing with left-sided lower back pain that radiated down her left leg due to limited hip internal rotation. Her lower back was overworking during exercises, leading to recurring pain.

Our Solution

We helped her significantly open up her hips in the first session, then taught her how to transfer that mobility into movements like deadlifts, jumping, and running.

Problem

A collegiate track and field athlete with chronic left ankle pain had seen three physical therapists and was even recommended exploratory surgery. Imaging showed nothing, but he continued to struggle with mobility.

Our Solution

We identified restricted heel and forefoot movement and used foot wedges to promote proper mechanics. He felt immediate relief, and we scaled his training to help him own those new positions under dynamic load.

Slide 3 Image

Problem

This patient had chronic left-sided lower back, SI joint, and hip pain. Traditional advice to “brace and stay neutral” prevented her spine from moving properly, and all extension-based movements reproduced her pain.

Our Solution

We guided her to distribute extension evenly through her spine, allowing natural motion and significant pain reduction during the session.

Slide 4 Image

Problem

A patient with chronic right-sided back, hip, and knee pain couldn’t shift his weight back efficiently, even under control. His movement pattern overloaded his lower back and knees.

Our Solution

We prescribed exercises to lengthen his glutes and posterior chain, relieving stress from his lower back. Then, we scaled the hinge pattern into plyometrics and built a custom running program that helped him complete his first half-marathon.

Slide 5 Image

Problem

This patient’s chronic lower back pain stemmed from limited chest wall expansion and restricted hip extension, causing compensation through the knees instead of full spinal movement.

Our Solution

We used targeted breathing drills to open the chest wall and mobility work for the hip flexors, restoring full spinal extension and improving movement efficiency.

Slide 6 Image

Problem

A patient with chronic right-sided hamstring pain couldn’t control her pelvis, which stayed in an anterior tilt, creating excessive tension in the proximal hamstring tendon.

Our Solution

We improved her awareness and control of pelvic positioning and reinforced it through dynamic exercises like kettlebell swings to restore balance and eliminate tension.

Slide 7 Image

Problem

This patient experienced recurring lower back pain during deadlifts and compound lifts due to excessive toe pressure that shifted his center of mass forward and overused his lower back.

Our Solution

We corrected his foot mechanics, coached proper glute engagement, and refined his hinge technique to create a more balanced, efficient lift pattern.

Slide 8 Image

Problem

The patient’s lower back pain radiated into his left glute and worsened with spinal extension. His sternum was flat, limiting thoracic mobility and overall spinal motion.

Our Solution

We introduced specific breathing drills to mobilize his sternum and improve global spinal extension. We also addressed pelvic and hip flexor mobility for balanced movement through the spine.

Slide 9 Image

Problem

A competitive BJJ athlete and MMA coach suffered from chronic knee pain caused by misaligned femur and tibia rotation, preventing proper knee flexion.

Our Solution

We improved his foot mobility to support realignment of the knees and retrained proper movement mechanics, resolving the pain and restoring performance capacity.

Slide 10 Image

Problem

This patient struggled with lower back and elbow pain during back squats and Olympic lifts. His movement patterns were unstable and overstrained key joints.

Our Solution

We addressed mobility, strength, and stability deficits while refining his technique. A custom training complex helped him stay more stacked and balanced under the barbell.

Slide 11 Image

Problem

When asked to perform a toe touch, the patient leaned noticeably to the right — revealing one-sided tightness and compression that disrupted balance and movement symmetry.

Our Solution

We used a tailored therapy program to restore balance and space through the torso and hips, improving posture and mobility. His right-side lean disappeared, and his movements became more fluid and symmetrical.
