Problem

This patient was dealing with left-sided lower back pain that radiated down her left leg due to limited hip internal rotation. Her lower back was overworking during exercises, leading to recurring pain.

Our Solution

We helped her significantly open up her hips in the first session, then taught her how to transfer that mobility into movements like deadlifts, jumping, and running.

Problem

A collegiate track and field athlete with chronic left ankle pain had seen three physical therapists and was even recommended exploratory surgery. Imaging showed nothing, but he continued to struggle with mobility.

Our Solution

We identified restricted heel and forefoot movement and used foot wedges to promote proper mechanics. He felt immediate relief, and we scaled his training to help him own those new positions under dynamic load.
