Our providers are certified through organizations such as StrongFirst and Russian Kettlebell Certification which provide some of the most rigorous standards that you’ll see in the industry.

This isn’t a weekend that you can just attend and get a certificate. It’s a weekend that you have to train for in order to pass demanding exams that test your strength, endurance, and coordination.

The fail rate is very high because the technical competency required to pass isn’t a walk in the park. Those standards have helped us tailor our approach to make sure you are utilizing kettlebells safely and effectively.

    Our motto is we can teach you the skills very quickly but you’ll spend the rest of your life learning to master them.

We pride ourselves in our ability to gradually scale the intensity of the training to meet you exactly where you are at. We have taught over 1000+ people how to train with the kettlebell. Everyone from the older adult and kids to professional athletes and other trainers.

  • There are certain kettlebell skills that do phenomenal things to your mobility such as armbars. There are kettlebell skills teach amazing skills like how to efficiently get off the ground like a Turkish Get Up that is wonderful to know for the older populations.

    We think of the kettlebell as a tool to fill a specific need and there are multiple ways to fill a need. We try to give you things that you can replicate on your own so that we can have long term carryover.
